Aerial Hammock, Cloud Swing & Aerial Chains Workshop

Hammock, sometimes referred to as a sling, is not just used for taking naps in the back yard… This 2 hour workshop will allow participants to try out the Aerial Hammock, Cloud Swing, & Aerial Chains. Come explore the different types of movements, poses, and basic tricks that will introduce you to the world that is Aerial Sling!
Pre-requisite: Completed level 1 pole, hoop, silks or 1 full session of Aerial Yoga.

- Yoga pants, T-shirt or leotard.
- For chains you may also want to bring jeans, thick socks, workout or other gloves.
Handstands and Strengthening Workshop

Craving a fresh perspective? Are your feet tired? Do you get random urges to go upside down? These problems and more can be solved by simply standing on your hands! In this introductory workshop you will learn the principles for achieving that perfect handstand you’ve always wanted. We will break down how a handstand fundamentally works, as we go over strength, conditioning, flexibility, and alignment basics, giving you a simple plan for building up to a solid, freestanding handstand. You’ll learn multiple techniques for training these components both with and without additional equipment, as well as how a partner can assist you. So, come on! Let us teach you how to get upside down safely!
Pre-requisite: Participants should have healthy arms and shoulders, and should feel capable of supporting their body weight on their arms.
