There are 3 ways you can attended classes at Aerial Arts of Rochester.
Walk In, Use a Punch Pass, or Sign Up for 6 week PoleFit Membership!
Starts May 19th – June 28th
Our PoleFit Membership is an unlimited 6 week session for $75.00. You may attend any class, providing is at your personal pole level.
It is our most cost effective package and offers a best value if you want to attend at least 2 classes or more per week!
Teens ages 16+ may participate with parental consent.
All Classes are 45 minutes in length unless otherwise noted.
Punch Passes are valid for the following POLE classes; Barre, Hip Hop & Samba Pole Choreography, Level 1 Introduction to Pole and Inversion Conversion. They can also be used for Cirque Fit, JumpFit Trampoline and Stretch and Injury Prevention. Punch Passes do not expire, however they can not be shared multiple people.
You may Walk In anytime without making a reservation for $12 to the following classes; Barre, Hip Hop & Samba Pole Choreography, Level 1 Introduction to Pole, Inversion Conversion, Cirque Fit, JumpFit Trampoline and Stretch and Injury Prevention.
PoleFit Membership Class Descriptions
Level 1 – Introduction to Pole
You’ll want to start with Level 1 – Intro to Pole formatted for first timers and entry level students. You’ll learn the basics – from how to grip the pole, stand, sit and execute simple spins.
Level 2 – Spins, Poses & Climbs
This is where you start learning complex spins, static poses and holds in addition to different methods of how to climb the pole.
Level 3 – Transitions & Inverts & Combinations
In Level 3, you’ll be working on inverted combinations and fun transitions. Make sure you have your basics inverts solid before taking this class. They include; Basic, Inverted Crucifix, Inside and Outside Leg Hang and Inverted Straddle.
Levels 1 & 2 – Inversion Conversion
This 30 minute class is will help you learn basic inversions from the floor and up on the pole. You’ll also work on handstands and conditioning exercises to get you stronger.
Levels 2 & 3 – Spinning Pole
This class requires additional strength in your shoulders, back and core. You be working on holds and transitioning into different poses as pole is rotating. Levels 2 & 3 welcome.
All Levels – Barre
Barre is a full body low impact workout. You’ll stretch and strengthen your way to long lean muscles without building bulk. The barre technique lifts and sculpts the arms, core, hips, thighs and booty with the use of the ballet barre, free weights and stability ball.
All Levels – Hip Hop & Samba Pole Choreography
The sexy hypnotic rhythms and dance techniques of Samba & Hip Hop are fused together to get you dancing! Incorporating the pole fun combinations that will make you sweat!
All Participants in Aerial classes or workshops must read and sign an Aerial Arts waiver before using any apparatus. Students under the age of 18 will need a parent’s signature. Download and print the waiver with the link below!Download Aerial Arts Waiver
