Pole Dance Fitness

Level 1 Pole is a Walk In Option or offered as a Session.
Levels 2 & 3 require Pre-Registration.
Ages 16+17 welcome with parental consent.

NEW SESSION STARTS May 19th:

Intro to Pole (Level 1)

You’ll want to start with Level 1 – Intro to Pole formatted for first timers and entry level students. We focus on building strength, increasing flexibility, learning core moves and short combinations. We will work both on the stationary and spinny poles however, spin pole is optional. Some students like to hang out in Intro to Pole for several classes while others may be ready to move up to Level 2 in just a few. In your session package you may attend any Level 1 class below!

  • Mondays at 6:45pm
  • Tuesdays at 7:45pm
  • Thursdays at 7:15 (Pole-ates)
  • Saturdays 12:15pm

Beginner/Intermediate (Level 2)

In these classes you’ll be applying your core moves and combinations into fun and challenging sequences set to music. In addition, you can look forward to learning basic inversions, complex spins and holds. Included in your session package, you may attend ANY Level 1 or Level 2 classes.
You will need to Pre-Register for this Level.

  • Mondays at 5:45pm
  • Thursdays at 5:45pm  (Choreography)

Intermediate/Advanced (Level 3)

Our highest level class at Aerial Arts taught by national competing pole artist and judge, Annie Tobiasz. As an Xpert Certified Pole Instructor, Annie will lead you through the most difficult inverts and sequences. Our 6 Week Pole Package allows you to attend any Level 2 or 3 class. You will need to Pre-Register for this Level.

*For those who wish to pursue opportunities in the world of competitive pole fitness, Annie is available for private instruction.

Bounce aerobics is back and better than ever! This individual fitness trampoline by JumpSport has revolutionized the way to rebound. With a curved leg design, cords instead of coils for less noise and a jump surface that provides a 40% reduction of impact on the joints compared to traditional re-bounders, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how fun and effective a trampoline workout can be! We off 3 classes for trampoline fitness. You can read more about each of them below.
All Trampoline classes require each individual to wear sneakers (with clean soles) or Traction Socks (socks with rubber added soles). This is for sanitary and safety purposes.

JumpStart
Ages 8+ are welcome.

Jump Start your mood, strengthen your muscles and get an aerobic workout all in one! Bouncing on your own individual professional fitness trampoline, this Low Impact exercise is perfect for first timers and beginners, this 30 minute Jump Start Workout will introduce you to trampoline rebounding.

JumpFit
Ages 12+ are welcome.
Thursdays at 6:45pm

Still low impact, this 30 minute class is going turbo! Engaging in a calorie burning total body workout, you’ll be in constant movement from start to finish with more intense cardiovascular training. Be prepared to sweat!

JumpDance -Starting 4/2
Ages 8+ are welcome.
Wednesdays at 8:30pm

A 30 minutes class that will have you rebounding to your favorite tunes in fun “dance” combinations. Jump Around by House of Pain, Jumpin’, Jumpin’ by Destiny’s Child, Jump by Kris Kross and so much more! This class is like a party!

JumpCircut – Coming Soon

Targeting strength building and muscular endurance this class will use high intensity aerobics to achieve results. Want to be beach body ready? This class is it! 30 minutes is all you’ll need to complete this circuit of rapid movement exercise.

Stretchability
Stretching is such an important factor when training. This class was designed for those of you looking to increase your flexibility or to help complete your workout, without trying to be a contortionist. Our stretching instructor Annie will take what ever flexibility that you currently have and build upon it. There are no prerequisites for this class. You should try to come to this class already warmed up. Suggested attire: T-shirt, tank top, shorts, yoga pants, bare feet.

PUNCH-HEADER

PunchPass

If you’re looking to just sample what the studio has to offer, or don’t like committing to a regular work out schedule, this is the perfect option for you! You can attend any variety of Walk-in classes such as Cirque Fit, Stretchability, Barre, Level 1 Pole and Level 1 Belly Dance and JumpStart Trampoline with your Walk-In Punch Pass.  Open Aerial is also available for students enrolled in a session. Some classes are seasonal, or may not be offered each session.

Cirque Fit

Train Like the Aerialist Do! This popular high impact cross training cirque work out class was designed specifically to get results and to improve your overall physical fitness. This class will help build muscle strength, endurance, agility and control, which is all needed on any aerial apparatus. After taking Cirque Fit, you’ll be flying better in no time. All fitness levels welcome. Suggested attire: T-shirt, tank top, shorts, yoga pants, bare feet.

Ballet Barre

Miss those days when you attended dance classes growing up? Slipping on a pair of ballet shoes, putting your hair up in a bun and maybe wearing a cute little tutu? Well… you can leave that all home, but be ready to feel the burn on the barre! This class taught by Miss Erin Joy, will have you doing a full body workout that is low impact, perfect for protecting the joints as it avoids jumping. You’ll stretch and strengthen your way to long lean muscles without building bulk. The barre technique lifts and sculpts the arms, core, hips, thighs and booty with the use of the ballet barre, free weights and stability ball.  A moment of relaxation and meditation will finish up this 45 minute class. Students can expect to see improvements in their aerial skills with the addition of barre in their weekly workout. Suggested attire: T-shirt, tank top, shorts, yoga pants, bare feet.

SambaBelly

SambaBelly fuses dance technique & world music into a dynamic fat burning cardio workout blast.  The sexy hypnotic rhythms and dance techniques of Belly Dance, Samba, Hip Hop, Bollywood, Reggae-tone, and African are fused together to get you dancing, laughing and loosing those unwanted pounds.

Open Aerial & Open Pole

Under the supervision of an instructor, come practice what you have learned in class. MUST BE ENROLLED IN AN AERIAL CLASS TO ATTEND.
